Instructions:

Sage:

1. Find a well-ventilated area in your home or space where you can perform the smudging ritual.
2. Light one end of the California White Sage stick using a match or a lighter until it catches fire.
3. Allow the flame to burn for a few seconds, then gently blow it out, allowing the sage to smolder and release its fragrant smoke.
4. Hold the smoldering sage stick at a slight angle and move it around your body, starting from the top of your head and moving down to your feet. Alternatively, you can move it around your living space, focusing on areas that feel energetically heavy or stagnant.
5. As you move the sage stick, visualize the smoke dispelling negative energy, cleansing your aura, and purifying your space.  Use positive energy!
6. If using for a single session, let the sage burn completely, or gently press it out in a fireproof container once you have finished smudging or put it out on our pocket full of shells green abalone seashell (sold separately)

Palo Santo:

1. Select a safe and heat-resistant holder, such as a ceramic dish or an abalone shell, to hold the Palo Santo stick.
2. Ignite one end of the Palo Santo stick using a match or a lighter until it catches fire.
3. Allow the flame to burn for about 30 seconds, then blow it out, leaving the stick smoldering and producing aromatic smoke.
4. Hold the smoldering Palo Santo stick at a slight angle and allow the fragrant smoke to waft around you or throughout your space.
5. As you enjoy the aroma, set an intention for spiritual purification, uplifted energy, or any other positive affirmation that resonates with you.
6. When finished, place the smoldering Palo Santo stick ion a fireproof surface to extinguish or put it out on our pocket full of shells green abalone seashell (sold separately)

Selenite Crystal:

1. Hold the Selenite Rough Stick Cut Square in your hand (use a paper towel because its rough) or place it on a stable surface.
2. Take a few deep breaths to center yourself and create a calm environment.
3. Close your eyes and set your intention for energy cleansing, meditation, or enhancing intuition.
4. Gently run the Selenite crystal along your body, starting from the crown of your head and moving downward.  Don't actually touch your body with the crystal, but along the border. 
5. Visualize any negative or stagnant energy being absorbed by the crystal, while allowing its soothing energy to cleanse and align your chakras.
6. You can also place the Selenite crystal near you during meditation or keep it in your space to promote a peaceful atmosphere and heightened intuition.
