Refund policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! We are eager to assist or answer any questions you may have to ensure you are satisfied. Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions to info@heavymetalzen.com. But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
To make a return, please send an email to info@heavymetalzen.com. We will provide you with instructions including a return address. Please indicate in the subject line that it's a return and provide your order number in the e-mail.
We accept returns for online purchases 14 days from receipt of delivery for store credit only. After 14 days, returns will not be accepted. No returns allowed for items purchased at in person events.
Items must be unopened, unused, unwashed, unworn in original condition with tags
Items not eligible for return: made to order items, custom orders, final sale items, all bath and body products, candles, metaphysical products, hosiery, underwear, bras, intimates, all items from in person events, jewelry, accessories, sale items purchased at 25% discount or more
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund.
If there is a concern regarding damaged or defective goods please email us within 5 days of your package delivery and we'll be happy to review & address the issue.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
