How Eddie Munson Brought Back Heavy Metal Fashion: A Stranger Things Story.

How Eddie Munson Brought Back Heavy Metal Fashion: A Stranger Things Story.

Strap on your wristbands, tighten up your studded belts, and blast those power chords, because we're taking a trip down memory lane to the '80s, when heavy metal was king, and the fashion was as wild as the music.

For those of you who haven't yet binged on the latest season of Stranger Things, let us introduce you to Eddie Munson, the latest addition to the cast and the savior of heavy metal fashion.

With his shredded denim jackets, leather pants, and epic guitar riffs, Eddie brought the heavy metal fashion back to life and reminded us why we fell in love with it in the first place. He channeled the spirit of legends like Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, and Metallica, and gave us a fresh take on the classic look.

Now, we're not saying you need to go full-on Eddie Munson and rock a mullet and a guitar everywhere you go (although, if that's your thing, we fully support it). But there are definitely ways to incorporate some heavy metal flair into your everyday wardrobe.

Start with some classic band t-shirts or a distressed denim jacket. Add some leather accents, like a studded belt or a biker jacket, and don't be afraid to mix and match textures and prints. And if you're feeling really daring, go for a pair of shredded, high-waisted jeans to show off those metal abs.

But remember, heavy metal fashion is all about attitude. It's about owning your look and not giving a damn what anyone else thinks. So, whether you're at a metal concert or just walking down the street, channel your inner Eddie Munson, and let your fashion scream as loud as your music.

In the end, it's all about having fun and expressing yourself. And if you're doing it with some heavy metal fashion, then you're doing it right.

If you're looking to get in on the heavy metal fashion trend, be sure to check out our brand's collection of original designs inspired by the genre. From skull prints to distressed guitar graphics, we have everything you need to rock out in style.

So, grab your air guitar, throw on some Judas Priest, and let's rock out like it's 1983. Eddie Munson, we salute you!

I agree. Metal style never went out of style for die hard fans and it was more mainstream in the 80’s. But metal style has been reintroduced to a segment that might not otherwise be interested.
